I'm an IT Support Technician working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, where I help business clients troubleshoot Windows systems, administer Microsoft 365 environments, manage user identities, and support endpoint security and networking. Every day brings a different challenge, which is one of the things I enjoy most about IT.
Outside of work, I spend much of my time building and improving my home lab. It's where I experiment with virtualization, Linux, Docker, networking, and infrastructure technologies before applying what I learn in real-world environments. Building systems from the ground up has become my favorite way to learn and continually improve my skills.
I care about well-documented infrastructure and automating repetitive tasks wherever I can. I'm working toward a Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer role, with a focus on Microsoft 365, virtualization, networking, and cloud technologies.
